Clifford The Big Red Dog!

Clifford came to the library and Eben was so excited! I was a little nervous that he would be scared of him cuz he is scared of Santa and the Easter Bunny but not Clifford! He went up to him and gave him a great big hug he even listened to the story!

Aylah's 1st Birthday!

Here are the pictures that I promised to post of Aylah's birthday. We had a cupcake themed birthday party. I made the giant cupcake and let me tell you how yummy it was! Aylah had lots of fun opening her presents and eating her cake. I can't believe that she is one already! I'm looking forward to all the fun we will be having!

We had Aylah's birthday/Easter pictures taken this weekend by Kiddie Kandids. Thank you so much to Deirdra for making the tutu it was so cute and Gina for making the beautiful bows and Silver Stitch for the embroidery!

Celebrating Aylah's Birthday!

We decided that since we had our family here for Easter that we would have our little family birthday party for Aylah. We will be doing another one on her birth date which is next wednesday, April 15, so watch for pictures then! I made the cupcakes which took me about 6 hours (long story short I wanted them to be swirly and it just wouldn't work so I looked on YouTube and found a tutorial on how to make them look like flowers that took me 15 min to do...frustrating!). Also you will notice that her hair is a little silly because she took her bow out and Arlin put it somewhere and then couldn't remember where he put it! But she had lots of fun!

Decorating Easter Cookies

Here is a little secret shh... Arlin has a talent for decorating cookies! He is a perfectionist and it took him 3 hours to decorate these cookies and they looked awesome and tasted great!
